Government Of Nepal To Be Plaintiff
  1. Government of Nepal to be plaintiff: The Government of Nepal shall be the plaintiff in any case filed pursuant to this Act, and such a case shall be deemed to have been included in Schedule-1 of the National Penal Procedure Code 2074.
